Thomas Deininger, a self described trash artist, creates complex sculptures using nothing but trash. He’s angry. He’s annoyed about the sheer scale of plastic waste in the world. Worse still, the massive long-term impact of plastic waste is fuelled mostly by single-use plastics. They get used just the once and then they’re thrown away, left to sit on the Earth for thousands of years. So Thomas decided to start creating large, complex artworks out of these discarded plastics.
